Children's Privacy

Village Noire is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Villaging app: Minimum Age Requirement

Villaging is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account and using Villaging you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age you may not create an account or use the Villaging app or any related services offered by Redbird & Blossom LLC.

We Do Not Knowingly Collect Information From Minors

Villaging does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from any person under the age of 18. We do not knowingly allow persons under the age of 18 to register for or use our services. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under the age of 18 we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems and terminate the associated account.

If You Believe a Minor Is Using Villaging

If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has created an account or is using the Villaging app please contact us immediately at:

Please include as much information as you are able to provide. We will investigate and, if confirmed, deactivate the account and delete all associated personal data within 30 days of receiving your report.

COPPA Compliance

Villaging is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age within the meaning of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to Villaging without your consent please contact us at the email address above and we will take immediate action to delete that information.

California Minors

If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and you have registered for an account in violation of these Terms you may request removal of content or information you have publicly posted by contacting us at hello@thevillagenoire.com with the subject line "California Minor Content Removal Request." We will make reasonable efforts to remove such content from public view although we cannot guarantee complete removal in all circumstances.
